Here's another small painting that I did back in the summer. The sky was so interesting this day with bold clouds holding beautiful colors against extreme blue. This is a location near my home that I paint over and over-different times of day, different seasons, sometimes altering my point of reference.
I love the focus on the sky and all the light and shadows and warmth. Look forward to seeing what you do next :)

ReplyDeleteThanks for visiting and commenting. I do enjoy watching the clouds and trying to record their beauty-sometimes they change too quickly for me to capture what I see at the outset. I bet I'll do a similar view of this location within this year!
